At The Fragrance House we strive to give our customers something a little bit special and it is this commitment to achieving the highest standard in everything we do that we feel sets us apart from others. Each product arrives at The Fragrance House direct from the fragrance distributer to ensure all our prestige and premium fragrances are in perfect condition and of the highest quality.
Founded out of an idea to offer only the best perfumes and aftershaves in an environment that matches the high quality of products available, The Fragrance House has grown from a single store to now being present in 5 different towns and cities across Scotland as well as online at TheFragranceHouse.co.uk. Every aspect of our stores and website has been hand designed to complement the fragrances and create a boutique feel that offers only the best fragrances in the most welcoming of environments.
All of our staff regularly participates in training classes with key suppliers of brands such as Paco Rabanne, Jimmy Choo and Ed Hardy enabling them to offer our customers the best help, support, advice and expert knowledge when purchasing a fragrance.
All orders placed online are processed and dispatched through our Distribution Centre. Our dedicated Fragrance House team aim to ensure our customers not only get speedy delivery times but products packaged in such as way to protect the fragrances bringing a touch of our in-store magic to those buying from home.

It may also reassure you to know The Fragrance House is part of the Scottish Midland Cooperative Society, which is Scotland’s largest cooperative with a history and heritage dating back to 1856. The Society currently has over 300 retail outlets and over 5,000 members of staff. This means when you are purchasing from The Fragrance House you can be assured your purchase will be handled with the same professionalism and customer care that our cooperative was built on and has ensured we have stayed strong for over 150 years.
