Returning Damaged Products
If any products you have ordered from us arrive damaged, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange for you to receive a replacement or refund.
To return a damaged product, simply email

or fill in our contact us form, and our customer services team will send you our returns procedure including where to return your order and how long the process should take.
Remember to include your name and order number to enable us to track down your order.
Returning Unwanted Products
If you order something from us and then later decide you no longer want your product, just let us know and we’ll arrange for you to receive a refund.
Please note for us to process a refund for an unwanted product it should be unused, unopened and in a re-sellable condition. Most of our products arrive in a cellophane wrapper which must unopened and any security seals must be intact. If any of these elements are affected then we cannot process a refund.

Please note any refund will not include the cost of delivery or any cost involved in sending the item back to us. We can only process refunds for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered
